NEW NEWS: It’s been a week of tea, fitness and throwbacks at Health Magazine HQ!

Updated: Sep 28, 2021

Newsletters are a regular fixture of Mondays at Health Magazine, and our chance to reflect on the most recent stories and features that have captured our interest… and headlines!

In particular, today’s roundup looks back our coverage for National Chai Day, and our first collaboration with drinks brand Drink Me Chai. In addition, this newsletter provides a reminder of what meaning National Fitness Day offered this year, outside of the ‘move more’ rhetoric!

Beyond the usual content calendar of ‘awareness days’, last week was also an opportunity for some constructive professional reflection, and a chance to leverage that popular ‘how it started vs how it’s going’ trend, with a trip down Health Magazine’s memory lane.

In true newsletter fashion, this one of course wouldn’t be complete without some mandatory Monday Musings, as well. The subject? The virtues of the ‘ordinary.’

It’s a narrative that’s somewhat antithetical of that currently being echoed through the social media chambers, where ‘more is more’ is enjoying its post-lockdown moment in the sun! Nonetheless, we feel it’s a message that offers some useful food for thought, and a positive jumping off point, for the new working week ahead!
