Just why is it that power, beauty and potential are often only ever most apparent, when viewed through the wistful lense of hindsight?

Admittedly, as far as ideas for blog posts go, this one might lack some of the mandatory self-celebratory undertones common to articles cut from the #iwd cloth.

However, there was just something about this trope of getting older, which perpetually pedestals our past selves against the present, that I felt just isn’t talked about enough…

To this end, I decided to soundtrack my many musings on this topic, to one of Meme Royalty’s finest vox pops !

In the end, what the collaboration with female-owned swimwear brand More Than Swim (Sandra Palmer) might lack in smoke-blowing, it hopefully makes up for in honesty of sentiment, coupled an all-important reminder that today might be the oldest you’ve ever been… but it’s also the youngest you’ll ever be again!
