Gradz Bakers have been a client of ours for several years now, and it’s through this partnership that we’ve come to appreciate (among other things) just how much culinary potential is housed in a humble loaf of sourdough.

Yes, it makes great sandwiches and toast - that goes without saying - but who knew that behind every grilled cheese on white, was a tiramisu just waiting to be discovered?


Over the years, we’ve shown how sourdough can transform into everything from savoury bakes, to summer puddings, to tiramisu, and today, it’s out of the pot and into the frying pan (quite literally) for the newest Turmeric-rich addition to the Gradz range!

Thanks to Gradz continued innovation in the art of sourdough, we’ve stumbled across not only another string to the sourdough bow, but also - and perhaps more importantly- yet another excuse to grab a slice of the ‘lunch hack’ action, in all its made-for-Tiktok glory!
