For this year's Salt Awareness Week, I decided to showcase what pepper’s better half can really bring to the table, especially in this age of ever-more-adventurous (and aesthetic) home-cooking!
Produced in partnership with Asilia Salt, the collaboration happened to bring together two of my all-time favourite things (bread… and art!), whilst also helping set a decidedly spring-like tone to Health Magazine’s content - something which was almost (almost) as satisfying as the feature’s obligatory carb-fest!
