There’s something about Christmas Collabs, that makes them pretty special to work on!
It’s not just the theme of merriment that tends to runs through the brief, or the fact that they usually involve some form of food…
It’s also that they allow for an extravagance that doesn’t necessarily wash as well at any other time of year!
This collaboration with New Roots was a perfect example of this, and the excuse I never needed, to take the art of (plant-based) cheeseboarding, and re-frame it for the more-is-more season!
