For the love of… food features!

Hands down, food features are among our favourite projects to work on.

The soft spot is not surprising, especially given that recipe creation has a tendency to satisfy much more than just an appetite for creativity.

This was especially true of our latest project with Masia El Altet - purveyors of high quality olive oil - where the potential for culinary innovation resonated as much personally, as it did professionally!

As always on food features, our aim when working with Masia El Altet was to showcase not just what the product was… but what it could be!

In this case - a vicarious taste of the Mediterranean sunshine, in salad form!

Images and visuals were important in bringing this vision to life, and in showcasing the potential of premium olive oil, as an antidote to both work-from-home lunch boredom AND the never-ending holiday hiatus!

It’s this power which explains why Instagram - in particular- holds much terrain in the social food space, and why ‘foodie features’ are a dream for visual creators and food lover alike!

Imagery aside, the crowning glory of any food feature is, of course, a creatively curated caption and blog post. In this case, we worked carefully to ensure the finished piece provided value and information in equal measure, and in an easily digestible format.
