It’s one of the aspects of ‘content creation’ that I enjoy most, and even more so
when the product is as versatile and delicious as Quinola proved to be!
For this particular Veganuary campaign, I used the brand’s ready-to-use quinoa to create a plant-based take on arancini - a product ordinarily made with rice and cheese!
It’s evidence indeed (or so I feel) that there are not just very few foods that can’t be ‘veganised’ in today’s day and age, but very few excuses not to give at least some of them a try!
