‘There’s a universal need to make the best of what we have, every which way we can!

As a self-confessed sloucher, the opportunity to work with posture correction technology brand Upright was one that piqued much more than just a professional interest.


This small, discreet wearable device, is a fitting example of the burgeoning role that health tech is playing in helping us adapt to the many challenges of working from home… poor posture included!


With home-based work stations scarcely conducive to healthy alignment, there’s a universal need to make the best of what we have, every which way we can… even if that means lap-topping it on the kitchen table or, as is widely becoming the case, in the corner of a local coffee shop!


Upright is a testament to this very idea - that the aggregate benefits of the small, regular tweaks in individual behaviour, can often go the longest way in compensating for WFH’s unavoidable ergonomic shortcomings!
